Pripojenie cez DHCP nefunguje (Lenovo 3000 N200)

Z neznamych pricin sa moj notebook Lenovo 3000 N200 nedokaze pripojit pomocou DHCP k internetu (eth0). Vyskusal som niekolko linuxovych distribucii no efekt je vzdy rovnaky (Ubuntu 8.10, Kubuntu 8.10, LinuxMint 6, Fedora 10). Pod WindowsXP pripojenie cez DHCP ide bez problemov. Pokial zadam cez Network Manager pevne adresy, vsetko ide ako ma. Aby som vylucil mozne problemy s linuxom na strane mojho providera, nabootoval som live CD Ubuntu na moj desktop a ten sa bezproblemov pomocou DHCP k internetu pripojil.

V com je chyba? Pozna niekto nejaky osvedceny sposob ako moj problem odstranit? Vopred vas prosim o trpezlivost a konkretny postup ako problem odstranit, kedze som v linuxovom svete zatial len zaciatocnik. Dakujem.

      Zistil som, ze pri vypise ifconfig-u na desktope je pri eth0 este jeden riadok navyse s inet adresami vo v4 a mozno prave preto mi tam narozdiel od notebooku ide internet. Je mozne, ze riesenim mojho problemu bude prinutit DHCP, aby si namiesto IPv6 adries vyziadal IPv4 adresy...ako by som toho mohol (bezpecne) dosiahnut?
