XMMS - pocuvanie radia

Mam takyto problem: Kym som spustal Knoppix z CD, tak mi islo prehravat cez XMMS internetove radio, napriklad Slovensky rozhlas. Teraz, ked ho chcem spustit, tak sa mi vzdy po ukonceni bufferingu zobrazi okno s hlavickou: "Nemozem otvorit audio" a spravou: Please check that: 1.Your soundcard is configured properly 2.You have the correct output plugin selected 3.No other program is blocking the soundcard Podotykam, ze MP3 mi idu prehrat v poriadku. Dakujem za radu.

      nebola vymenena zvukova karta? je karta detekovana knoppixom? je karta aj nakonfigurovana? je pouzita alsa, oss, popripade je pouzity nejaky zvukovy server ako napriklad arts, jack, esd, ... ako je nakonfigurovany zvukovy vystup z xmms? mozeme si tipnut odpoved?

        Karta je integrovana na doske. Vymenena nebola. Knoppix (Sndconfig) ju praveze nedetekuje (teraz, ked je nainstalovany na disku). Len mi napise, ze ziadna PCI ci PnP zvukovka nebola detekovana a mam ju vybrat zo zoznamu, ktory mi ponukne. Nech kliknem na ktorukolvek, vzdy sa mi sndconfig zatvori, neponukne dalsie nastavenia. Inak, zvuk mi ide v poriadku. Ci v hrach alebo MP3. Mam output plugin v XMMS aj alsa, aj oss. Nakonfigurovany vystup z xmms? ako to myslis? output plugin?

          mno, karta na doske. to mi je popis. karta nie je nastavena, ale funguje. inac ano, vystup z xmms som myslel output plugin. inac aka je to karta (prikaz lspci -v) , a s akymi ovladacmi to ide (alsa alebo oss) ?

              bud som slepy, alebo v tom vystupe nevidim zvukovku. (host, agp, scsi, network, winmodem, isa bridge, ide, usb, acpi, vga) ta zvukovka je isapnp? ak ano, tak by sme mohli pokracovat prikazom: pnpdump --reset pozor, spravi reset pnp konfiguracie pre vsetky isapnp zariadenia, takze to neodporucam spustit ak ma clovek rozrobenu pracu. PS.: inac najlepsia volba by bola ALSA a ak zvukovka nezvlada mixovanie zvukovych stop, tak nastavit plugin pre zmiesavanie ... a hlavne aj prevodnik ALSA na OSS koli dalsim zvukovym programom. clovek ich vsetky nemusi prestavovat.

PS.: netusim ci dana distribucia ma v sebe alsu (ale asi ano) , ci ma ta karta midi port (a ci dana alsa v distribucii ma podporu midi) a ci sa s tym midi na tej karte vobec oplati zaoberat ;-)

                    Hej presne, karta je ESS ES 1869 Pnp AudioDrive: Unknown Driver=sb Dakujem za vsetky rady. Neviem, ako sa to stalo, ale uz to funguje bez problemov. Mal som nastavenu tu Alsu v XMMS a nesli mi zrazu ani MP3. Tak som to prepol na OSS a neslo ani tak. Tak som este zapol v nastaveni mixera: ovladanie mastera, nie PCM. A odvtedy to ide same!!! btw. midi port tam je. Vies, je to pocitac starsej vyroby, Compaq Pentium II. Kamarat ho nasiel pri popolnici a predal mi ho aj s monitorom a vsetkym okolo za 30 libier.

                      pohoda, ja som dost dlho fungoval na podobnych starych strojoch (amd k6-2 300Mhz, pII 350Mhz, teraz pII 450Mhz ale uz 192Mb RAM, agpx2, ide hdd dma33, nvidia mx400 64Mb). ak tam clovek vlozi pamete co to zvlada a cim rychlejsi disk, tak sa s tym da v pohode robit. len je vhodne vypnut obrazok pozadia a podobne sprostosti. popripade skonvertovat ikony z .jpg, .gif, .tiff na .xpm. ale to su uz take hovadinky na vyladenie. PS.: momentalne v tom mam 4x scsi disky, 3x ide, kombo cdcko, sietovku, doplnkovy ide raid pre 4 disky ale nemam donho co vlozit, zvukovku sb awe32 (sb16+awe32 midi), sietovku a nastaveny dhcp server nech sa mi automaticky pripaja notebook.

        nastav si alsu .. zrejme ti niaky program obsadil zvukovku , a preto xmms nejde .. cez alsu moze hrat viacej zvukov naraz (inak to tusim nejde) myslim dmix treba nastavit , vyhladaj na nete (pomoze ti ujo google urcite :) )

          Diky, skusim to. Este som si vsimol, ze ked som spustal Knoppix len z CD, tak mi po kliknuti na livestream na stranke radia hned ponuklo xmms, kdezto teraz len "otvorit pomocou" a musim to hladat
