NETDEV WATCHDOG: eth0: transmit timed out

Zdravim, mam takyto problem. Pred tyzdnom som dal do prevadzky server ASUS RS120-E4/PA4 (ako sietovky su tam 2xBroadcom Corporation NetXtreme BCM5721 Gigabit Ethernet PCI Express). A od noci z piatka na sobotu haluzi sietovka takym stylom, ze si zmysli ze transmit timed out a spravi down/up na inferface. Server bezi na gentoo 2007.0 hardened, jadro 2.6.21. Vypis hlasky z dmesg je takyto:

Je to pripojene do Cisco catalyst 2950 switchu. Robilo to aj ked bol port na switchi autonegotiation, aj ked je dane na pevno 100MBit FD. Takyto problem to zacalo robit po cca 5-6dni prevadzky, dovtedy ziaden naznak problemu. Kde by mohol byt problem? Na forach som cital ze niektore cisco switche maju dusevny problem s broadcom sietovkami, a ze pomoze nastavit port na switch na pevno na nejaku rychlost, ale tu to nepomohlo:(. Dik za kazdu radu.
