DL programy a update system NEIDE

Caute, sry ze otravujem kazdeho ako novacik, ale toto fakt uz neviem co mam robit :(. Mam OS Linux Ubuntu a ako samozrejmostou je download programov a aktualizacia systemu. V tomto je ten hacik. Skusal som ci uz cez graficke prostredie alebo cez terminal stahovanie programov a update-manager a stale mo vypise pri stahovani asi tak v strede toto:
