Bezi to v pohode?

Nepotrebujem vseobecne odvolavky na stanov ci iny manual, ja si to hladam na nete aj sam - vcelku uspesne a vcelku mi to aj ide aj ked som musel pouzit navod na 8600 GTS, ale fungoval.

Vsetky tu pisane navody funguju velmi limitovane - ked to mam povedat slusne - ked spustite instalaciu podla navodu na stare karty 7 a6 rad nvidie tak to vyhodi problem s X serverom.

Pre tych, ktori by na tom boli este horsie ako ja.

Installing an NVIDIA Driver
There are two NVIDIA drivers, which between them offer support for practically all
NVIDIA 3D cards produced in recent times—everything from the latest GeForce cards to
the oldest TNT cards from the mid-1990s. The nvidia-glx driver supports modern cards,
while the nvidia-glx-legacy driver supports older GeForce 1 and 2 and TNT chipsets.
To install support for NVIDIA cards, follow these steps:
1. Open a terminal window (Applications ➤ Accessories ➤), and type the following in
the terminal window; this will back up a vital configuration file:
sudo cp /etc/X11/xorg.conf /etc/X11/xorg.conf.backup
2. Select System ➤ Administration ➤ Synaptic Package Manager.
3. Click the Search button, and enter nvidia-glx as a search term. In the list of results,
click the check box next to nvidia-glx if you have a modern NVIDIA card or
nvidia-glx-legacy if you have a GeForce 1 and 2 or TNT graphics card. Note that
you can ignore the nvidia-glx-dev package. Then click Apply.
4. After the installation has completed, open a GNOME Terminal window (Applications
➤ Accessories ➤ Terminal), and type sudo nvidia-glx-config enable.
5. Reboot your system.
To further configure the NVIDIA card once your PC is back up and running, open a
GNOME Terminal window, and type nvidia-settings.
If you find that the NVIDIA graphics driver doesn’t work, for whatever reason, you can
revert to the backed-up configuration file by typing the following at the command prompt:
sudo mv /etc/X11/xorg.conf.backup /etc/X11/xorg.conf

Dobry napad je zalohovat xorg.conf

Problem je, ze mi to cele funguje len v "recovery mode" a v normalnom mi to nejde ani tuk, ostane cierna obrazovka. Co je este horsie ani pri instalacii mi to neslo.

Nemate nejaky napad ako toto odstranit. Cize aby to samo naskocilo. Toto som zatial nikde nenasiel.
