mam taky "malicky" problem. Obcas(tak 5, 6krat za mesiac) mi len tak z nicoho nic zacne vypinat disky a cely system stvrde. Dalej pomoze len tvrdy restart. Ked sa toto stane 2x za den potom mi uz nejde ani system tak musim sformatovat cely disk a potom to ide OK. Lenze to sa mi nechce stale robit, lebo potom doinstalovavat tisic programov a nastavovat to. Robi mi to v kazdom distre(skusal som: Debian 3.0,3.1, Kubuntu, FC1/2/3, RHEL, RedHat, SuSE 9.0-9.2, Mandrake,Slackware...). Vypis z /var/log/messages:

Pomozte mi prosim zistit, ze ci mam vadnu zakladnu dosku, alebo disk alebo neviem co... :) RAMky mam OK, presli cez MemTest.
Btw. stalo sa mi to opat dneska tak som skusil citanie z Hdd cez prikaz: dd if=/dev/hdd of=/dev/null, 3x to preslo potom som to zrusil, lebo mi to strasne spomalovalo PC. Zostava:

Je mozne, ze by mi znova odchadzal disk? :(/usr/share/genkernel/x86/modules_loadsu zapisane aby sa skompilovali s jadrom a nechcelo sa mi to este vyhadzovat...hdparm -i /dev/hda: Config={ HardSect NotMFM HdSw>15uSec Fixed DTR>10Mbs } kedzehdparm -i /dev/hdbmi dava: Config={ Fixed }/dev/hdc: Timing cached reads: 948 MB in 2.00 seconds = 473.60 MB/sec Timing buffered disk reads: 156 MB in 3.03 seconds = 51.44 MB/sec. Skus si este disk hodit na druhy kabe. Potom nabootuj z Live-CD pripoj / a nasledne /boot, zmen GRUBe parameter root a real_root a este uprav fstab. Potom to f poho nabootuje (testovane vcera na Gentoo :).
