MX Workbench je iba live distribúcia, inštalátor je odstránený. 

Obsahuje veľa užitočných programov, ktoré je možné použiť na klonovanie diskov a diskových oddielov, obnovu súborov, vyhľadávanie vírusov a rootkitov, testovanie hardvéru, mazanie diskov, resetovanie hesla systému Windows, aktualizáciu firmvéru, ftp, vzdialenú komunikáciu atď.
