Ahojte. Mam nasledovny problem. Mam USB Modem FLARION od t-mobilu. Postupoval som podla navodu od Tomasa H. tuna na fore.

Problem je v tom. LED-ka svieti na modro. Ale internet nejde. NetworkManager sa stale toci ako keby nevedel dostat IP.

Neake info
eth1 Link encap:Ethernet HWaddr 00:30:04:00:AC:0E
UP BROADCAST RUNNING MULTICAST MTU:1500 Metric:1

TX packets:22 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0
collisions:0 txqueuelen:1000
RX bytes:2520 (2.4 Kb) TX bytes:8254 (8.0 Kb)

$ lsmod | grep usb
ft1000usb 40947 0
btusb 9637 2
bluetooth 44268 9 rfcomm,sco,bnep,l2cap,btusb
usbcore 119796 5 ft1000usb,btusb,uhci_hcd,ehci_hcd

Skusil som nainstalovat Gnome Applet pre ten modem. Zobrazilo ho ako plugged. Ale nezobrazuje info.

Ahoj, modul je natiahnuty

[marek@Lister ~]$ lsmod | grep ft
ft1000usb 40947 0
usbcore 119796 5 ft1000usb,btusb,uhci_hcd,ehci_hcd

No ledka svieti. NetworkManager je nastaveny na DHCP ale adresu stale nevie ziskat.
Gnome applet mam priamo s ft1000.qintec.sk/ + instalacia podla toho postupu.

Neviem nenapada ma zatial nic...

      Skús si skontrolovať nastavenie siete v /etc/rc.conf. Jediné čo ma teraz napadá...

        Hm stale to nefunguje. V networkManageri sa zobrazi ako autmaticky na eth1. Pokusa sa dostat ip adresu. Ale pride timeout a konec :(
        Static IP example
        #eth0="eth0 192.168.0.2 netmask 255.255.255.0 broadcast 192.168.0.255"
        eth0="dhcp"
        wlan0="dhcp"
        INTERFACES=(!wlan0 !eth0)

        # Routes to start at boot-up (in this order)
        # Declare each route then list in ROUTES
        # - prefix an entry in ROUTES with a ! to disable it
        #
        gateway="default gw 192.168.1.1"
        ROUTES=(!gateway)

        Hm daemons
        DAEMONS=( syslog-ng @acpid @cpufreq dbus !network networkmanager @hal @fam !netfs crond @laptop-mode @alsa @bluetooth)
        Hm ale tak ma napadlo. Musim skusit ked vsade este pridam eth1:)

          Zisti pod čím máš ten flarion (ethX), a keď tak to uprav. Ak je ako eth0, tak daj preč "!" a keď ako eth1 tak to tam doplň: eth1="dhcp"
          INTERFACES=(!wlan0 !eth0 eth1)
          Možno že sa mýlim, ale nesedím teraz pri svojom kompe, takže skúšam len tak z hlavy :)

      Skusal som to. Prisiel som kde bol najvatsi signal. Dal som najpr pred vsetko ! ako som mal. NetworkManager fungoval. Wifi funguje. eth0 (LAN) funguje. ALe ked zasunem modem eth1 je tam neaky up a down. cca 1-2Kb. IP nedostanem.

      Ked som odstranil ! a aj na !network a zakomentoval !networkmanager tak mi nenaslo ziadne siete. ani wlan,eth1,eth0. ifconfig eth1 up nefungovalo.

            May 31 17:26:59 Lister dhcpcd: eth1: offered 10.255.54.83 from 169.254.1.1

            Hmmm, to vyzera ze to praveze pomohlo.

            Ale, co vypisu prikazy /sbin/ip addr show a /sbin/ip route show ? Mozno len nemas defaultroute na eth1 .
