s-ata a slackware

ahoj. nemam moc velke skusenosti s textovou instalaciou len uplne zakladiky... stiahol som a vypalil na 2CD slackware 10.2, a na moje prekvapkanie nevidim nikde moje disky. logicky mi ich asi nepozna - mam serial ata. da sa to nejako obist? pripadne da sa nejako modifikovat jadro aby malo podporu? slack ma jadro 2.4x

      aka doska? ake disky? skus nabootovat s jadrom 2.6 (na zaciatku prelistuj F1-F6, niekde to tam je popisane).

      Takze stacilo si pozriet volby kernelu pri spusteni instalacie. Ak chces 2.4 jadro tak zadas sata.i ak chces 2.6 kde je takisto podpora zadaj test26.s viac volieb vyvolas pri vybere jadra stlacenim F2. Pozri napr.: http://www.slackbasics.org/html/installation.html#AEN389

        tak som to rozchodil s jadrom 2.4 s podporou pre s-ata (bola tam moznost sata.i) teraz by som rad vedel, ako spustim grafiku - mam iba peknucku konzolu, a to som instalol vsetko ;)

          podotykam ze prikazy kde, xwindow, x window atd som skual a bez uspechu man kde vypisal ze nic take neni :)

              skusal som vsetko ale ide iba to posledne... spusti to nejaky divny graficky programcok velmi jednoduchy. ako zapnem KDE? a tiez ako pod slackware rozfungujem net? a mp3? pod slaxom (to live cd) mi siel zvuk ale nesiel net :)

                  Presne tak, snad doplnim len tolkoto: pred tym nez zadas # startx alebo # xinit by si mal mat nastavenehe Xka a defaultny system (KDE, Fluxbox, XFCE,...) mozes tak ucinit (pokial si nenastavoval uz pri instalacii) pomocou prikazu # xwmconfig. Potom aby sa ti zobrazilo KDM pri starte staci zmenit ako bolo spominane /etc/initab. Citni si trocha slackbook alebo slackware basics.                     huraaaaaaaaa uz mi to vsetko funguje tak a teray by som potreboval poradit: 1. ako zmenim rozlisenie? pomenil som prislusny subor, ale ziadna zmena. musim to cele restartovat? 2. ako nainstalujem z TGZ archivu? 3. ako rozchodim zvuk? musim kompilovat mplayer? dakujem

                      zvuk: ALT+F2 kmix ...zvedni jezdce atd..zkousej rozliseni : /etc/X11/xorg.conf nejprve si ho nekam zalohuj, projdi si ho a nastav (prepis) rozliseni podle sebe horyzontal-vertikal refresh podle monitoru instalace: installpkg jmeno_baliku.tgz nebo swaret, nebo slapt-get mplayer je nejlip stahnout a skompilovat si ho primo pro svuj stroj (i kdyz z balicku taky fachci) balicky najdes: http://www.linuxpackages.net http://www.slacky.it vic info o swaretu atd.hledej na http://www.czslug.cz

                      pre zmenu rozlisenia nemusis restartovat X. skus stlacit Ctrl+Alt+Numpad+ alebo Ctrl+Alt+Numpad- ale plocha velkost nezmeni :) neviem ci sa to da nastavit

                            a zvuk tiez nejde - zahral som sa s tym a nic. pouzita zvukovka je integrovana - volaka envidia :)

                              Ach jo, riesime tu inak presne to co mas na abclinuxu.cz a linuxsoft.cz popisane (instalacia slackware, sice starsie ale nic sa za tu dobu nezmenilo). Zvuk nastavis cez # alsamixer a musis ulozit cez #alsactl store. Pre Xka mozes skusit # X -configure ale nenahrad nim xorg.conf, len z toho suboru zapis niektore veci do toho okomentovaneho. Niekde si tie subory uloz a mozes skusat nastavovat dalej pomocou #xorgcfg ; #xorgsetup ; #xorgconfig alebo pomocou editacie xorg.conf. V kazdom pripade si precitaj ked nic ine aspon clanky o instalacii slackware na linuxsoft.cz a abclinuxu.cz lebo tu riesime uz kvaltine (a cesky a slovensky) popisane kroky. Slackbook + SlackwareBasics si takisto pozri, nemusis citat cele, iba to co potrebujes, je to velmi prehladne pisane a kvalitne.
