Skompiloval a nainstaloval som SNNS (Stuttgrat neural network simulator) a z buglistu som sa dozvedel ze je potrebne vypnut KDE nastavenie "Apply fonts and color to non-KDE apps". Nasiel som nieco podobne ale len pri nastaveniach farby. SNNS stale pada po kliknuti na tlacidlo "Control". Pripadne ak ste uz niekto riesil tento problem poprosim o riesenie.

3. X-Window controls don't work under KDE
If you are using KDE windows manager, the windows controls (buttons etc.) might not work in SNNS.
Workaround courtesy of Boris Hollas:
Please make sure that in the KDE Control Center, in branch Desktop -> Style, the option Apply fonts and color to non-KDE apps is switched off.
