rozlisenie na suse 10.3

ahojte, mam notebook, FS3205, LCD je 12,1 a rozlisenie by malo byt 1280x800, bohuzial najvyssie mozne je len 1024x768.
Najhorsie na tom je, ze nefunguje patch video bios co mi suse 10.2 islo a pomohlo. Nepoznate iny sposob, alebo navod?
Dakujem za kazdu radu.

      mozes nam sem kopnut co vypise o rozliseniach subor /etc/X11/xorg.conf?

        je skoda, ze vetsina zacatecniku zacina se suse, ubuntu a pod. meli by zacinat na slackware, ten dokaze prinejmensim prinutit uzivatele hledat informace a nastavovat vse rucne (vcetne xorg.conf a dalsich prehlednych konfiguraku) to jen tak naokraj, ale no flame :)

          neviem ci slackware je dobra volba... podla mna je ovela lepsie nejake to ubuntu/greenie/debian a spol... zacnu sa na xorg.conf pytat az potom, co bodu aspon kusok zabehany v tom ze co ako funguje a "co sa kde klika"...

          ano, mozno by som sa toho sice viac naucil, ale pravdepodobnejsia moznost je ze by som sa na to davno vykaslal. OS ma pracovat pre mna, ma byt jednoducho nastavitelny a ovladatelny. Uricite by som tomu nevenoval cas keby som mal byt ja otrokom OS. Vyhoda suse 10.3 je ze sa vsetko da nainstalovat a pouzivat vratane multimedii za par hodin a uplne jednoducho tak, ze to zvladne aj zaciatocnik.

          aku distribuciu pouzivas teraz? ak suse, spusti si sax2 a v nom mozes menit rozlisenie s tym, ze dotycny program ti automaticky dopocita modeline. mozes tiez jednoducho zmenit rozlisenie a vert. freq. priamo v xorg.conf a potom spustit sax2 a opat on zvysok dopocita... nemam teraz cas, ale na fore najdes dost prikladov konfiguracir xorg-u, pomoze aj 'man xorg.conf'

          Ako sa tak divam na tvoj konfigurak, tak pouzivas fbdev na intelackej grafike. Precitaj si tento prispevok a az si nastavis spravny ovladac prikazom sax, tak ti to mozno zacne bezproblemovo fungovat.

            diki, chlape, ono to fakt funguje, podla toho navodu som zmenil ovladac na i810 a rozlisenie sa objavilo v moznostiach nasltavenia. Este raz dakujem za radu. I Love Linux

      Pohraj sa v sax2 s typom obrazovky, ak je nespravne. Pojde ti tam nastavit aj rozlisenie rucne.
